This is a cake for 0-5 year olds. It is a ocean cake with a Yellow cake with Buttercream frosting. And the sand is smashed up Nilla Wafers , and the water is piping Gel with blue Wilton Food Coloring. The pelacan is sitting on 3 roasted coconut jumbo marshmellos. The toys are from target toy isiles and they are ocean creatures!
